The “Save Login Credentials” function allows you to store the credentials required to access the EIBPORT locally in BAB STARTER.
This enables you to access the corresponding device functions and applications without having to enter your username and password each time.
Save Login Credentials
To save your login credentials, follow these steps:

Open the Device Menu of the desired EIBPORT.

Select “Details” and then “Save Login Credentials”.

Enter the required login credentials.

Save the information to store the credentials for future access.
The saved credentials will be used automatically for subsequent access, provided that the respective application supports this function.
Note
Login credentials are stored locally on the computer where BAB STARTER is installed. Only use this function on trusted computers to prevent unauthorized access to the devices.
