The “EDITOR” menu item launches the Java-based editor environment of the EIBPORT.
The editor allows you to configure and manage various EIBPORT functions. These include creating visualizations, setting up automation functions, and configuring EnOcean devices.
Scope of Functions
The editor environment includes various editors and configuration tools, such as:

Visualization Editor: Create and edit custom visualization interfaces for controlling and monitoring building functions.

Job Editor Classic: Configure and manage automation functions and time-based or event-driven processes.

EnOcean Editor: Integrate, configure, and manage EnOcean devices.

Additional Editors and Tools: Access further EIBPORT configuration options and functions.
The available editors can be selected within the launched editor environment.
Note
The functionality of the editor environment depends on the installed firmware version and the hardware configuration of the EIBPORT. Separate documentation is available for the individual editors.
