Tools
Tools are small aids with the power of manipulating, delaying, or transforming values between two logic elements.
If you use the mouse to drag a tool from the top list to a link between two logic elements, it engages in this link. In order to fulfil this purpose, a tool always has exactly one input and one output, as opposed to Logic Elements | logic-elements .
