The “Accelerate Editor Startup” function uses a cache to speed up the startup of Java-based applications and editors.
This particularly applies to the editors of EIBPORT and CUBEVISIONMODULE devices.
When caching is enabled, previously loaded application content is stored locally and reused when the application is launched again.
If display errors or problems loading application content occur, this function can be disabled. The required content will then be loaded again the next time the application starts.
Note
If you experience problems starting or displaying a Java-based editor, we recommend temporarily disabling the “Accelerate Editor Startup” function and then restarting the editor.
