When Programming Mode is enabled, the Programming LED stops flashing.

Deactivating Safe State Mode

  • Switch off the KNX bus voltage for approximately 15 seconds, or

  • Restart the device using the ETS.

Master Reset

A Master Reset restores the device to its factory settings.

Among other settings, the following is reset:

  • Physical address: 15.15.0

The installed firmware is retained.

After the reset, the device must be recommissioned using the ETS.

Note

If KNX Data Secure is enabled, performing a Master Reset disables the device security.

The device can then be recommissioned securely using the Device Certificate.

Performing a Master Reset

  1. Press and hold the programming button for more than 5 seconds.

    • → The Programming LED flashes rapidly.
