In this section, you can assign numeric IDs to the playlists available on the selected Bluesound device. A playlist can then be started by sending the corresponding ID to the Smart Home App via a KNX group address.
Playlist (EIS 14, 0–255)
Enter the group address used to start a configured playlist.
When an integer value is received, the Smart Home App searches for a playlist with the corresponding ID. If a matching assignment is found, playback of that playlist is started.

Note
An ID can only start a playlist if it has previously been assigned in the playlist configuration.
Playlist Configuration
The playlist list displays all configured assignments.
You can add new entries and copy, edit, or delete existing ones.
When adding, copying, or editing an entry, the following parameters are available.
ID
Assign a unique numeric ID to the playlist.
This ID is later sent as the value of the configured KNX group address to start the playlist.
The valid range starts at 1. Since the communication object uses the EIS 14 data type, only values between 1 and 255 should be used.
Recommendation
Assign each ID only once to ensure a unique mapping.
Playlist
Select one of the playlists available on the selected Bluesound device.
The Smart Home App links the selected playlist to the configured ID.
If the required playlist is not displayed, verify that it is available on the selected Bluesound device and refresh the list.
After Playlist Playback Ends
Select how the Smart Home App should behave after playback of a playlist started via an ID has finished.

When Is Playlist Playback Considered Finished?
A playlist does not provide a dedicated signal indicating that playback has ended normally. Therefore, stopping playback always ends the playlist session.
You can also define how the Smart Home App behaves when a preset is started immediately afterwards.

Note
Starting another playlist is considered the same type of trigger and therefore does not end the current playlist session prematurely.
