The LOGIKEDITOR is a web-based application for graphically creating logic functions and automation tasks.
The REST API interface of the LOGIKEDITOR allows external applications, services, and devices to be integrated into automation processes. This makes it possible for external systems to access functions of the KNX system and the LOGIKEDITOR via HTTP requests.
The REST API can be used, among other things, to:

send KNX telegrams via HTTP/HTTPS requests,

retrieve values from KNX group addresses,

trigger logic groups,

create individual API calls for integrating external systems.
This allows third-party applications and systems to be connected directly to building automation functions.
Note
The availability and range of functions of the REST API may depend on the product used and the installed firmware version.

This document supplements the general LOGIKEDITOR documentation and deals exclusively with the use and configuration of the REST API.
