This function allows you to control playlists, favorites, and internet radio stations available in your Sonos® account.
The supported Sonos® device settings have been tested and verified exclusively with the Sonos App.
Note
Verification is based on the Sonos Smart Home App version available at the time of release. Changes to the Sonos® software may result in changes to functionality or terminology at any time.
Playlists and favorites are managed exclusively through your Sonos® account.
The configuration of this instance accesses the content available to your Sonos® device on the network and managed using the Sonos App.
Please note that the content stored under Sonos Favorites in your Sonos® account may not exactly match the entries shown on the Sonos Favorites page within the Sonos App.
To make playlists or other media available for selection, they must first be added to Sonos Favorites in your Sonos® account.
Entries that are no longer required can also be removed there to keep the selection list organized.
The Smart Home App does not verify whether stored links are still valid.

Depending on the version of the Sonos App, the menu items Add to Sonos Favorites and Remove from Sonos Favorites may be located under More....
Since the Sonos App is continuously updated, not all of its functions are described in this documentation.
Tip
Setting up media servers or music libraries may require the Sonos desktop application for Windows or macOS.

Playlist Trigger Address
Enter the group address used to start a playlist.
The desired playlist is selected using the received telegram value, which corresponds to the configured ID.
Manage Playlists
Up to 100 playlists or favorites can be configured.
Each entry consists of an ID and the corresponding playlist or favorite.
Entries can be added, edited, copied, or deleted.
ID (0–255)
Enter the playlist ID.
The ID corresponds to the telegram value used to start the playlist.
Select Content
Select the desired playlist or favorite from the list of available content.

The use of music sources and audio files is subject to the respective license and usage terms of their providers.
Changes made by Sonos® or third-party services may affect the available functionality and do not necessarily indicate a malfunction of the Smart Home App.
